Brand Manual definition

Brand Manual means the manual provided by Travelife for use of the Travelife Brand and Logos, in accordance with these Terms;
Brand Manual the Licensor’s guidelines prescribing the permitted form and manner in which the Marks may be used, a copy of which is attached to this agreement [at Schedule 1] including any amendments or additions notified in writing by the Licensor to the Licensee from time to time.
Brand Manual means Everest’s generally applicable guidelines for the form in which the Everest Licensed Trademarks are presented, set forth on Schedule 1.1(1), including any amendments or updates thereto that are generally adopted by Everest and provided in writing to Newco from time to time.

  • Licensee shall ensure that all Products sold by Licensee and all related quotations, specifications and descriptive literature, and all other materials carrying the Marks, be marked with the appropriate trademark notices as identified in the Brand Manual in accordance with Epic’s instructions.

Brand Manual means Board's guidelines prescribing the permitted form and manner in which the Marks may be used, a copy of which is attached to this License Agreement as Exhibit A to Schedule 3, including any amendments or additions notified in writing by Board to Licensee from time to time.

Brand Manual means the manual supplied by the Seller from time to time regarding use of the Trade Marks;
Brand Manual means Epic’s guidelines prescribing the permitted form and manner in which the Marks may be used, a copy of which can be found at xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx-xxx- trademark-usage, as amended from time to time.
