Examples of Branch Lease in a sentence
The Branch Leases give Seller the right to occupy the building and land comprising the related Branch in accordance with the terms of such Branch Lease.
Each Branch Lease and each material Personal Property Lease is current and all rents, expenses and charges payable by Seller thereunder have been paid or accrued pursuant to the terms thereof (except for any payments not yet delinquent or as to which the obligation to make such payment is being contested in good faith).
