Branch Committee definition

Branch Committee means the Committee of the Branch provided for in Byelaw 7 of the Byelaws and Regulations of the Branch;
Branch Committee means the committee of a Branch;
Branch Committee means the persons who hold a position in a Branch as specified in rule7.3 of the Rules;

Examples of Branch Committee in a sentence

  • A Branch Committee shall have power to negotiate and enter into industrial agreements affecting only the members of that Branch and such agreements may be signed for or on behalf of the Branch by the Branch Secretary.

  • No member may nominate for more than one position at each election of Branch Officers and ordinary members of the Branch Committee of Management.
