Brake Horsepower Rating definition

Brake Horsepower Rating means the maximum continuous brake horsepower output rating of the internal reciprocating combustion engine as specified by the engine manufacturer and listed on the engine nameplate or in other documentation establishing the maximum continuous brake horsepower as approved by the Air Pollution Control Officer.

Related to Brake Horsepower Rating

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Moody’s means Xxxxx’x Investors Service, Inc. and any successor thereto.

  • Moody s” means Moody’s Investors Service, Inc.

  • Nameplate Capacity Rating means the maximum capacity of the Facility as stated by the manufacturer, expressed in kW, which shall not exceed 10,000 kW.

  • Standard & Poor’s means Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc.

  • Fitch Rating means, at any time, the rating published by Fitch of the Borrower’s Index Debt.

  • Required Rating means, in the case of Moody's, the rating assigned to the Underlying Securities by Moody's as of the Closing Date, and, in the case of S&P, the rating assigned to the Underlying Securities by S&P as of the Closing Date.
