Bound Parties definition

Bound Parties has the meaning specified in Section 3.9(a).

Bound Parties means: the Company; its direct or indirect Controlling Stockholders, and any persons they nominate to access Material Information; Managers; Members of the Board of Directors; and Associates with Access to Privileged Information.

More Definitions of Bound Parties

Bound Parties means: (i) the Declarant and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents and employees; (ii) the Association and its officers and directors and employees; (iii) all Unit Owners, Lessees and Occupants; (iv) the entity which platted the Condominium if different from but affiliated with the Declarant; (v) the general contractor for the Condominium (to the extent such general contractor has agreed to be bound in their contract); and (vi) any contractor or subcontractor, architect, engineer, consultant or other Person who performs or furnishes the design, specifications, surveying, planning, supervision, testing, construction or observation of construction of the Common Elements or the Units and who agrees in writing to be bound by the provisions of this Article 11, including, but not limited to, their respective members, managers, directors, officers, partners, employees, agents, and independent contractors.
Bound Parties means the persons set forth on Annex (2) of this Agreement.

  • Receiving Party Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 37(d).

  • Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
