Bound Entities definition

Bound Entities means the entity listed below and any entities that the Bound Entity Controls.
Bound Entities means the Signatory and its Related Entities if applicable.
Bound Entities has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.2.

  • Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Released Entities means released entities as such term is defined

  • Group Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Subsidiaries means the Subsidiaries of the Company.

  • Target Companies means the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Subsidiaries means any corporation or other organization, whether incorporated or unincorporated, in which the Company owns, directly or indirectly, any equity or other ownership interest.
