Borrowing Base Certificate definition

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate, signed and certified as accurate and complete by a Financial Officer of the Borrower Representative, in substantially the form of Exhibit C or another form which is acceptable to the Administrative Agent in its sole discretion.

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate of a Financial Officer of the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit B and appropriately completed.

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate in the form of Exhibit B-1.

• The Aggregate Borrowing Base and the Puerto Rican Borrowing Base at any time shall be determined by reference to the most recent Aggregate Borrowing Base Certificate and each other Borrowing Base Certificate delivered to the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 5.01 of this Agreement.

• If a Reporting Trigger Period exists, Borrower Agent shall execute and deliver to Administrative Agent a Borrowing Base Certificate on or before Wednesday of each week.

More Definitions of Borrowing Base Certificate

Borrowing Base Certificate means a certificate setting forth the calculation of the Borrowing Base as of the applicable date of determination substantially in the form of Exhibit C hereto, prepared by the Servicer.
