Borrowers, jointly and severally, shall pay such amount set forth above upon presentation by Administrative Agent of a statement setting forth the amount and Administrative Agent’s calculation thereof pursuant hereto, which statement shall be deemed true and correct absent manifest error.
The Register shall be available for inspection by the Borrowers and any Lender, at any reasonable time and from time to time upon reasonable prior notice.
