Borrower Representative definition

Borrower Representative has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.01.

Borrower Representative means the Company, in its capacity as contractual representative of the Borrowers pursuant to Article XI.

• Any notice provided to the Borrower Representative hereunder shall constitute notice to each Borrower on the date received by the Borrower Representative.
