Borrower Mortgages as defined in subsection 2.10(a)(ii) hereof.

Borrower Mortgages collectively, (a) each Existing Borrower Mortgage and (b) each Mortgage executed and delivered by the Borrower, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT B or in such other form as the Agent shall reasonably require, with respect to each parcel of After-Acquired Mortgage Property for which a Mortgage is granted to the Agent pursuant to subsection 8.10, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Borrower Mortgages the Amended Borrower Mortgage and the New Mortgages.
Borrower Mortgages means, collectively, one or more instruments of Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents, Guarantee and Security Agreement and Fixture Filing executed by the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Custodian as Trustee, for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, in each case in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and covering the respective properties and leasehold interests sold by the Depositor to the Borrower from time to time, as such instruments of Mortgage, Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents, Guarantee and Security Agreement and Fixture Filing shall be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.
Borrower Mortgages means one or more Mortgage, Security Agreement, Fixture Filing and Assignment of Leases and Rents executed and delivered by the Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent in respect of real property located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, Xxxxxxxx County, Pennsylvania, Washington County, Pennsylvania, Lorain County, Ohio and Trumbull County, Ohio which is owned or leased by the Borrower, substantially in the form of EXHIBIT J hereto.
Borrower Mortgages means one or more Amended and Restated Mortgage, Security Agreement, Fixture Filing and Assignment of Leases and Rents executed and delivered by the Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent in respect of real property located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Beaver County, Pennsylvania, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania, Washington County, Pennsylvania, Loraix Xxxxxx, Ohio and Trumbull County, Ohio which is owned or leased by the Borrower, substantially in the form of Exhibit N-2 hereto.
Borrower Mortgages the Mortgages, Leasehold Mortgages, Deeds of Trust and Deeds to Secure Debt previously executed and delivered by the Borrower on the Original Closing Date, as modified by the Mortgage Modification Agreements covering the Fee Properties and the Wheeling, West Virginia, leasehold listed on Schedule 3.8, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Borrower Security Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, between Borrower and the Agent.

  • Existing Mortgages means each of the mortgages, deeds of trust or other agreements made pursuant to the Existing Credit Agreement by any Loan Party in favor of the Agent for the benefit of the Agent and the Lenders.

  • Collateral Assignments means, collectively, the Assignment of the Development Agreement, and the Assignment of Management Agreement, the Assignment of the Right to Receive Tax Credits, Capital Contributions and Partnership Interests, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Significant Bondholder and the Financial Monitor and as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time with the prior written consent of the Significant Bondholder.

  • Credit Agreement Collateral Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Collateral Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.

  • Deeds of Trust means, collectively, (i) the Deeds of Trust, Assignments, Security Agreements and Financing Statements, (ii) the Mortgages, Assignments, Security Agreements and Financing Statements, and (iii) the Deeds to Secure Debt, Assignments, Security Agreements and Financing Statements from the Borrowers, constituting Liens on the Mortgaged Sites as Collateral for the Loan as the same have been, or may be, assigned, modified or amended from time to time.

  • Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.

  • Borrower Pledge Agreement means the Pledge Agreement executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 5.1.5, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-1 hereto, as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Borrower/s means and refers to jointly and severally to the Applicants (more particularly described in the Application Form) who has/have been sanctioned/granted/disbursed the Loan by ABFL pursuant to the relevant Application Form submitted by such applicants to ABFL for availing of the Loan and depending upon the nature of the Borrower/s, shall, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to include his/her legal heirs, executors and administrators;

  • Term Loan Security Documents means the “Security Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Subsidiary Loan Agreements means the agreements to be entered into pursuant to Section 3.01 (b) of this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules to the Subsidiary Loan Agreements;

  • Foreign Security Documents means any agreement or instrument entered into by any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is reasonably requested by the Collateral Agent providing for a Lien over the assets (including shares of other Subsidiaries) of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.

  • Senior Collateral Documents means the Guarantee and Pledge Agreement and the other Security Documents, the First Lien Intercreditor Agreement (upon and after the initial execution and delivery thereof by the initial parties thereto) and each of the security agreements and other instruments and documents executed and delivered by Holdings or any Borrower or other Grantor for purposes of providing collateral security for any Senior Obligation.

  • Fee Mortgage Any mortgage, pledge agreement, security agreement, assignment of leases and rents, fixture filing or similar document creating or evidencing a lien on Landlord’s interest in the Leased Property or any portion thereof (or an indirect interest therein, including without limitation, a lien on direct or indirect interests in Landlord) in accordance with the provisions of Article XXXI hereof.

  • Blanket Mortgage The mortgage or mortgages encumbering a Cooperative Property.

  • Existing Mortgage has the meaning specified in Section 5.02(a)(vi).
