Borrower Group definition

Borrower Group has the meaning provided in Section 10(c) hereof.
Borrower Group a group consisting of (a) the Canadian Borrower, (b) the UK Borrower, or (c) the U.S. Borrowers, as the context requires.

Examples of Borrower Group in a sentence

  • The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any other Borrower Group Member to, engage in any seismic survey that is funded by the Borrower Group in an amount that exceeds 60% of the aggregate costs of such seismic survey.

  • Each of the Borrower Group Members are corporations duly incorporated or partnerships duly formed, and validly existing under the laws of their respective jurisdictions of incorporation or formation, as applicable.

Borrower Group means the Borrower and each of its Holding Companies and Subsidiaries and each Subsidiary of each of its Holding Companies.
