Borough Code definition

Borough Code means the Code of the Borough, setting forth and including the rules, regulations, resolutions and ordinances of the Borough, as required to be maintained by the Borough in accordance with Applicable Law.
Borough Code means the Borough Code of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania found at Pa.C.S.A. 53 P.S.§§48101, et seq.
