These Booking Terms and Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by English law.
These bookings will be treated as “Single Service” bookings and will not be afforded the benefit of the rights under the PTRs, please see Section C of these Booking Terms and Conditions for the terms applicable to such arrangements.
Where your booking is for a Package holiday that we have organised, as defined below, we will act as a “Package Organiser” and you will receive the rights and benefits under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (“PTRs”), as outlined in this Section B of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
If a Ticket Purchaser can no longer attend the Event, the Ticker Purchaser may transfer the Ticket to someone else who is known to the Ticket Purchaser personally (and who did not become known to the Ticket Purchaser through the transfer of the Ticket) providing we are notified not less than 28 days before the Event and the Ticket Purchaser pays an amendment fee of £30 per person and where applicable, subject to compliance with paragraph 10 of the Travel Packages Booking Terms and Conditions.
Payment of a deposit means acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions.
