Booking Contract definition

Booking Contract means the attached booking contract which sets out your requirements and the price payable
Booking Contract means the accompanying document headed “Booking Contract” to which these terms and conditions apply, which contains the date(s) and other details of the Individual Booking together with details of the charges that will be payable by the Client.
Booking Contract refers to the document that sets out the detail of your event and its requirements.

  • If at any time any part of this Booking Contract is held to be unenforceable for any reason under any applicable law, that part shall be deemed omitted and the enforceability of the remaining parts shall not in any way be affected by that omission.

Booking Contract means the letter or email from SFC to the Client setting out the Client’s Booking;
