Examples of Booking Conditions in a sentence
When we refer to a "significant change" in these Booking Conditions, we mean a change of outward departure time of more than 12 hours, a change of departure point to one which is significantly more inconvenient for you, a change of country of destination, a change of accommodation to that of a lower category for the whole or the majority of your holiday.
It is a condition of the acceptance of liability set out in clauses 18(1) and 18(2) of these Booking Conditions that you notify us of any claim you or any member(s) of your party has in accordance with the procedure set out in clause 17,“COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE”.
All claims arising as a result of my or ASA’s cancellation or termination of my continued participation on a tour for whatever reason (refund conditions in ASA’s Booking Conditions excepted).Limitation of LiabilityASA is not a carrier, event or tourist attraction host, accommodation or dining service provider.
These Booking Conditions and any agreement to which they apply are governed in all respects by English law.
Subject to the other terms of these Booking Conditions, we will not be liable for any costs, fees or charges you incur in the above circumstances, if you fail to obtain our prior authorisation before making your own travel arrangements.
