Booking Class. All CX and KA flights must be booked in "I" class. (Book "Y" between HKG/China if no business class service). One-way: NOT permitted. Open-Jaw: Single open-jaw permitted. Min Stay: Travel from turnaround must commence no earlier than the first Sun after departure from fare origin. Max stay: 3 Months maximum. Stopovers: Outbound stopover HKG NOT permitted, free inbound stopover HKG. Child: Child 2-11 years old pays 75% of adult net (Unaccompanied minors not eligible for NET child discount). Infant: Infant 0-23 months old at time of travel pays 10% of adult net. (Note: If the infant reaches 24 months or over during any point of the trip the child fare must apply to that fare component. Endors/Restr Box: NONEND/RRTE/REFUND REF TO ISSG AGT VLD ON CX OR KA FLT NOS ONLY Pre-paids: Not permitted. Sale/Ticketing: In Canada only using CX (160) identifier. "IT" (no fare ticketing) maybe used on this agreement. Gross Fare Fare Basis: Use fare basis DXCAR/DWCAR where applicable when issusing "IT" (no fare ticketing). Cancellations: CAD200 cancellation penalty once ticket issued for wholly unused tickets. (Child/infant discount applicalbe). 100% NON Refundable for partially used tickets. Changes: Changes must be made prior to departure. Changes to flight/date permitted with CAD100 fee per reissuance (Child/Infant discount applicable). Rerouting permitted to another destination within this agreement and must be done through the issuing agent only and subject to a CAD100 (Adult/Child) rerouting fee (Infant exempted), plus any fare difference or date change fee. If the new fare is lower than original fare NO refund permitted. Credit Cards: Payment by credit card not accepted unless “IT” (no fare ticketing) is used. Overnight Hotel: None provided. Advertising: Only CX IATA published fares (including all applicable fees/surcharges) can be advertised/promoted. No CX Brand advertising or promotion of this agreement is permitted through any channel/website accessible by the general public. . Failure to comply with this condition will result in disciplinary action(s) ranging from financial penalty up to removal of CX’s CIP.
