Book of Authorities definition

Book of Authorities means a copy of case law and statutory law similar to that used in the courts;
Book of Authorities means a document that includes, subject to subrule (6),
Book of Authorities means the relevant legal authorities, including, but not limited to, case law and legislation, which a party intends to rely upon at the hearing;

Related to Book of Authorities

  • Abuse of authority means an arbitrary and capricious exercise of authority that is inconsistent with the mission of the executive agency concerned or the successful performance of a contract of such agency.
