Unless approved by the Registry or the Rightsholder, Google will not offer to users copy/paste, print or Book Annotation functionalities as part of Preview Uses.
Donor profile record means all records about donors or potential donors to a public institution of higher education except the names and reported addresses of the actual donors and the date, amount, and conditions of the actual donation.
OID Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(3) hereof to be placed on all Notes issued under this Indenture that have more than a de minimis amount of original issue discount for U.S. Federal income tax purposes.
Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.06(g)(iii) hereof.
DTC Legend means the legend set forth in Exhibit D.
Global Security Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.15(c), which is required to be placed on all Global Securities issued under this Indenture.
Version of Record is defined as the final version of the Contribution as originally published, and as may be subsequently amended following publication in a contractually compliant manner, by or on behalf of the Publisher. Any linking, collection or aggregation of self-archived Contributions from the same Work is strictly prohibited. Exchange Message Record or "EMR" is the standard used for exchange of telecommunications message information between telecommunications providers for billable, non-billable, sample, settlement and study data. EMR format is contained in BR-010-200-010 XXXX Exchange Message Record, a Telcordia document that defines industry standards for exchange message records. "Exchange Service" or "Extended Area Service (EAS)/Local Traffic" means traffic that is originated and terminated within the Local Calling Area as determined by the Commission.

Regulation S Temporary Global Security with respect to any series of Securities, means one or more temporary Global Securities, bearing the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Security Legend, issued in an aggregate amount of denominations equal in total to the outstanding principal amount of the Securities of such series initially sold, if required by Rule 903 of Regulation S.
Regulation S Global Covered Bond means a Registered Global Covered Bond representing Covered Bonds sold outside the United States in reliance on Regulation S;
Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.
Temporary Regulation S Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.1(d).
Regulation S Temporary Global Note means a temporary Global Note in the form of Exhibit A hereto, bearing the Global Note Legend, the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903.
Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audiovisual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments. 20 USC §1232h(c)(6)(A).

Architect of Record means the architect licensed by the State who has the contract responsibility for the Project, who designs and prepares the construction documents from which the building is constructed, and who signs the required documents.
