In addition, the Company shall pay the Executive, its beneficiary or its estate, as the case may be, any bonus earned by the Executive for any calendar year ending prior to the date of termination that remains unpaid (including Bonus Stock) and the pro rata portion of any bonus earned by the Executive during the then current calendar year that remains unpaid (including Bonus Stock), each in accordance with bonus plans or practices established by the Company in its sole discretion.
