Bonus Rate definition

Bonus Rate shall be the average bonus payment divided by the timeframe covered (based on 2,080 hours per year).
Bonus Rate means, for a Plan Year, an interest rate, if any, determined by the Committee, in its sole discretion, which rate shall be determined and announced before the commencement of the Plan Year for the which the rate applies. This rate may be zero for any Plan Year.
