Bonus Agreements definition

Bonus Agreements means those certain agreements between the Operating Company and the Former Option Holders in the form of Exhibit 11(i) attached hereto pursuant to which the Former Option Holders, among other things, waive their rights with respect to any stock options granted to them pursuant to the Lifecore Biomedical, Inc. 2009 Stock Incentive Plan (which 2009 Stock Incentive Plan shall be terminated effective as of the Closing).

Bonus Agreements means the agreements entered into between the Company and each of Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxx for the one-time bonus payment of $100,000.00.

Bonus Agreements has the meaning specified in Section 6.4 below.

Examples of Bonus Agreements in a sentence

• Stock Bonus awards shall be made pursuant to Stock Bonus Agreements in such form and containing such terms and conditions as the Administrator shall deem appropriate.

More Definitions of Bonus Agreements

Bonus Agreements means the bonus agreements, dated as of the Closing Date or other date mutually agreed by the parties, by and between Purchaser and certain Offer Employees.

Bonus Agreements shall have the meaning specified in the Bonus Expenses definition.

Bonus Agreements means those agreements described in Schedule 6.15 between the Company and certain executive employees which provide for the payments of a special cash bonus to such executive employees upon the successful closing of the Merger.
