Bonds of a Series definition

Bonds of a Series means all Bonds designated as being of the same series issued and delivered on original issuance in a simultaneous transaction, and any Bonds thereafter delivered in lieu thereof or in substitution therefor pursuant to this Bond Indenture.
Bonds of a Series or "Series" shall mean a series of Bonds issued pursuant to this Indenture and the terms of a Supplemental Indenture.
Bonds of a Series or “Series” means a series of Bonds issued pursuant to this Indenture and the terms of a Supplemental Indenture.

Examples of Bonds of a Series in a sentence

  • An Extraordinary Resolution passed at any meeting of the holders of the Covered Bonds of a Series shall, subject as provided below, be binding on all the holders of the Covered Bonds of such Series, whether or not they are present at the meeting, and on all Receiptholders and Couponholders in respect of such Series of Covered Bonds.

  • The first installment of interest due on the Bonds of a Series may be for such period as the Corporation shall fix in the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance thereof.

  • The Bonds of a Series authorized to be issued shall be executed by the Corporation and delivered to the Trustee.

  • The Bonds shall be payable, with respect to interest, principal and Redemption Price, in any coin or currency of the United States of America which at the time of payment is legal tender for the payment of public and private debts; provided, however, that the Bonds of a Series or of any maturity within a Series may be payable in any coin or currency of any other nation as may be authorized by the Supplemental Indenture authorizing the issuance of such Bonds relating to such Bonds.

  • An Extraordinary Resolution passed at any meeting of the holders of the Covered Bonds of a Series shall, subject as provided below, be binding on all the holders of the Covered Bonds of such Series, whether or not they are present at the meeting.

  • The Bonds of a Series may be issued in temporary form exchangeable for definitive Bonds of such Series when ready for delivery.

  • The Trustee shall not be obligated to make any transfer or exchange of Bonds of a Series pursuant to this Section during the period established by the Trustee for the selection of Bonds of such Series for redemption, or with respect to any Bonds of such Series selected for redemption.

  • Pursuant to Section 9.1 of the Master Trust Agreement, the Trust and Master Trustee may enter into a Supplemental Trust Agreement for certain purposes, including without limitation, to authorize Bonds of a Series for any purpose permitted under the Master Trust Agreement.

  • The Bonds of a Series shall be payable, with respect to interest, principal and premium, if any, in any coin or currency of the United States of America which at the time of payment is legal tender for public and private debts (or other coin or currency provided for in the applicable Supplemental Agreement).

  • Except as provided otherwise in the applicable Supplemental Indenture: (a) if less than all Bonds of a Series are to be redeemed, the maturities to be redeemed or the method of their selection shall be determined by the Airports Authority, and (b) if less than all such Bonds of a single maturity are to be redeemed, such Bonds to be redeemed will be selected in such manner as the Airports Authority shall determine.

Related to Bonds of a Series

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Series or “Series of Securities” means each series of debentures, notes or other debt instruments of the Company created pursuant to Sections 2.1 and 2.2 hereof.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Class of Notes means each of the Classes of Notes being:

  • Series C Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Bonds Outstanding means all Bonds which have been authenticated and delivered by the Trustee under this Indenture, except:

  • Series A Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Series D Notes is defined in Section 1.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Debentures has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture.

  • Trust Preferred Securities any preferred securities issued by a Trust Preferred Securities Subsidiary, where such preferred securities have the following characteristics:

  • MAC Notes The Classes of Modifiable And Combinable STACR® Notes shown on

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • Outstanding Bonds means any Bonds not redeemed or otherwise discharged.

  • Bearer Notes means Notes which are specified in their Conditions as being in bearer form;

  • Series A Debentures means the Series A 9-7/8% Junior Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due February 15, 2027 of the Debenture Issuer issued pursuant to the Indenture.

  • Voting Bonds means the Outstanding Bonds less the Issuer’s Bonds.

  • Serial Bonds means Bonds (other than Term Bonds) that mature in annual or semi-annual installments.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Term Bonds means Bonds that mature on one date and that are subject to mandatory redemption from Amortization Installments or are subject to extraordinary mandatory or mandatory redemption upon receipt of unscheduled Pledged Revenues.

  • Bonds means any bonds (including refunding bonds), notes, interim certificates, certificates of indebtedness, debentures or other obligations.

  • Registered Securities will have the same meaning as set forth in the Purchase Agreement.

  • Series B Debentures means the $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.903% Series B senior unsecured debentures of the Trust due July 5, 2023.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.
