Bonds Debt definition

Bonds Debt means all indebtedness outstanding under the Bonds Finance Documents.
Bonds Debt means all obligations, liabilities and indebtedness owing by Company to the Bonds Issuer, the Bonds Trustee and/or the holders of the Bonds, in each case, including without limitation principal and interest (including without limitation any interest accruing after the commencement of insolvency proceedings with respect to Company, whether or not such interest is allowed as a claim in such proceedings), fees and premiums owing by Company to the Bonds Trustee and/or the holders of the Bonds (including reasonable attorneys' fees), and all other amounts owing to the Bonds Trustee, the holders of the Bonds and/or the Bonds Issuer under Collateral Agent's Documents.
Bonds Debt means all present and future moneys, debts and liabilities due, owing or incurred from time to time by the Parent to any Bondholder under or in connection with the Bonds Documents.

  • Refinanced Indebtedness shall have the meaning provided in the definition of the term “Permitted Refinancing Indebtedness”.

  • Senior Secured Credit Facilities means the revolving credit facility and other credit facilities under the Credit Agreement, including any guarantees, collateral documents, instruments and agreements executed in connection therewith, and any amendments, supplements, modifications, extensions, renewals, restatements, refundings, refinancings or replacements thereof and any one or more indentures or credit facilities or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders or investors that replace, refund, supplement or refinance any part of the loans, notes, other credit facilities or commitments thereunder, including any such replacement, refunding or refinancing facility or indenture that increases the amount borrowable thereunder or alters the maturity thereof (provided that such increase in borrowings is permitted under Section 4.09 hereof) or adds Restricted Subsidiaries as additional borrowers or guarantors thereunder and whether by the same or any other agent, trustee, lender or group of lenders or holders.

  • Unsecured Indebtedness means, with respect to any Person, all Indebtedness of such Person for borrowed money that does not constitute Secured Indebtedness.

  • Designated Indebtedness means any Indebtedness that has been designated by the Borrower at the time of the incurrence thereof as “Designated Indebtedness” for purposes of this Agreement in accordance with the requirements of Section 6.01.

  • Junior Subordinated Indebtedness means the principal of (and premium, if any) and unpaid interest on (a) indebtedness of the Company (including indebtedness of others guaranteed by the Company), whether outstanding on the date hereof or thereafter created, incurred, assumed or guaranteed, for money borrowed, which in the instrument creating or evidencing the same or pursuant to which the same is outstanding it is provided that such indebtedness ranks junior in right of payment to the Company’s Senior Indebtedness and Senior Subordinated Indebtedness and equally and pari passu in right of payment to any other Junior Subordinated Indebtedness, (b) Junior Subordinated Securities, and (c) renewals, extensions, modifications and refinancings of any such indebtedness.

  • Consolidated Senior Secured Indebtedness means all Consolidated Funded Indebtedness that is secured by a Lien on any property or assets of the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary.

  • Subordinated Indebtedness Documents means any document, agreement or instrument evidencing any Subordinated Indebtedness or entered into in connection with any Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • Credit Facility Indebtedness means any and all amounts, whether outstanding on the Issue Date or thereafter Incurred, payable under or in respect of any Credit Facility, including without limitation principal, premium (if any), interest (including interest accruing on or after the filing of any petition in bankruptcy or for reorganization relating to the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary whether or not a claim for post-filing interest is allowed in such proceedings), fees, charges, expenses, reimbursement obligations, guarantees, other monetary obligations of any nature and all other amounts payable thereunder or in respect thereof.

  • Senior Secured Credit Facility means the Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of May 31, 2017 by and among the Company and Western Alliance Bank (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, subject to the limitations herein).
