Bonding and Insurance. The Trustees, any Investment Manager appointed pursuant to Section 7.5, and anyone acting as a Fiduciary as described in this Article IX, may be bonded. The Employer shall obtain Errors and Omissions Insurance in a minimum amount of $1,000,000 or such higher amount that they deem advisable to protect the Trust Fund. However, if the Employer does not provide the appropriate amount of insurance, the Trustees may obtain Errors and Omissions Insurance for such amount as they deem advisable to protect the Trust Fund.
