Bond Trustees definition

Bond Trustees means, collectively, The Bank of New York, a New York banking corporation, as bond trustee under the Indenture to which the First Issuer is a party, and each other Person serving as a bond trustee or in a similar capacity under any of the other Indentures, or any successors to any of the foregoing.
Bond Trustees means the CEI Bond Trustee, the OE Bond Trustee and the XX Xxxx Trustee.
Bond Trustees means the Trustees described in the High Yield Loan Agreement, and any successors thereto.
