The Bond Trustee at its discretion may, and if so requested in writing by the holders of at least 25 per cent.
Any such amendment or alternative arrangements will be promptly notified to the Bond Trustee and each stock exchange or other relevant authority on which the relevant Floating Rate Covered Bonds are for the time being listed, quoted and/or traded or by which they have been admitted to listing or trading and to Covered Bondholders in accordance with Condition 13 (Notices).

No Covered Bondholder or Couponholder will be entitled to proceed directly against the Issuer or the Guarantor or to take any action with respect to the Trust Deed, any other Transaction Document, the Covered Bonds, the Coupons, or the Security unless the Bond Trustee, having become bound so to proceed, fails to do so within 30 days and such failure is continuing.
