Such payment of interest shall be by check mailed to the Registered Owner at such owner's address as it appears on the bond registration books of the Authority maintained by the Bond Registrar and shall be made in any coin or currency of the United States of America which on the date of payment thereof is legal tender for the payment of public and private debts.
All canceled Bonds held by the Bond Registrar shall be disposed of in accordance with a Company Order and the Bond Registrar shall promptly deliver a certificate of disposition to the Company unless, by a Company Order, the Company shall direct that canceled Bonds be returned to it.

The Bond Registrar shall promptly deliver evidence of any cancellation of a Bond in accordance with this Section to the Trustee and the Company.
