Bond Registrar definition

Bond Registrar means the bank or trust company appointed pursuant to Section 4 or in the Certificate of Award as the initial authenticating agent, bond registrar, transfer agent and paying agent for the Bonds under the Bond Registrar Agreement and until a successor Bond Registrar shall have become such pursuant to the provisions of the Bond Registrar Agreement and, thereafter, “Bond Registrar” shall mean the successor Bond Registrar.
Bond Registrar or "Registrar" shall mean the bank or trust company designated as such by Supplemental Indenture with respect to a Series of Bonds for the purpose of maintaining the registry of the Issuer reflecting the names, addresses, and other identifying information of Owners of Bonds of such Series.
Bond Registrar means the State Treasurer, and any successors and assigns.

  • Such payment of interest shall be by check mailed to the Registered Owner at such owner's address as it appears on the bond registration books of the Authority maintained by the Bond Registrar and shall be made in any coin or currency of the United States of America which on the date of payment thereof is legal tender for the payment of public and private debts.

Bond Registrar. The Indenture Trustee, in its capacity as Bond Registrar, or any successor to the Indenture Trustee in such capacity.
