Bond Issues definition

Bond Issues means the City Bonds, the State Bonds, and the Special Facility Bonds.
Bond Issues means the bond issue FRN Solstad Offshore ASA Unsecured Open Bond Issue 2014/2019 (SOFF04) with ISIN NO 001 0713548 and the bond issues with separate ISINs in respect of defaulted interest payments under the Bond Agreement with ISIN NO0010840549, NO0010848716, NO0010858939, NO0010864762, NO0010872500 and NO0010877905.
Bond Issues means the Tranche A Bond Issue and the Tranche B Bond Issue.

  • The information furnished by the Company and used by the issuer in preparing I.R.S. Form 8038, "Information Return for Private Activity Bond Issues", which has been filed by or on behalf of the Issuer with the Internal Revenue Service Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, pursuant to Section 103(l) of the Code, was true and complete as of the date of filing thereof.

  • Existing Bonds The Existing Seadrill USD Bonds, the Existing NADL USD Bonds, the Seadrill NOK/SEK Bond Issues and the NADL NOK Bond Issue.

  • The Authority acknowledges that the Tenant shall have no responsibility whatsoever for payment of debt service on the Special Facility Bonds or other Bond Issues, or for any other payments related to the Special Facility Bonds or the other Bond Issues that are not expressly provided for in this Lease Agreement.

  • On or after the Effective Date, New WPP will become a guarantor of the UK Bond Issues by entering into a supplemental trust deed in respect of each UK Bond Issue.

  • No money on deposit in any fund or account in connection with the Existing Bond Issues, whether or not such money was derived from other sources, has been used by or under the direction of Owner, General Partner or any Guarantor in a manner which would cause the Existing Bond Issues to be "arbitrage bonds" within the meaning of Section 103(c) of the Code.

  • Bond Issue means the Initial Bond Issue and any Subsequent Bond Issue.

  • Initial Bond Issue means the issuance of the Initial Bonds. "Initial Bonds" means the Bonds issued on the First Issue Date.

  • Tax Exempt Bond-Financed Development means a Development which has been financed by the issuance of tax-exempt bonds subject to applicable volume cap pursuant to Section 42(h)(4) of the IRC.

  • Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2001-1 prior to the date of prepayment.

  • Pendency of the procurement process means the time period commencing with the public notice of the request for proposals and ending with the award of the contract or the cancellation of the request for proposals.

  • Sanitary sewer authority means the department, agency, or public entity with responsibility to review and approve the feasibility of sanitary sewer services or onsite wastewater systems.

  • Solvency II Directive means Directive 2009/138/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union of 25 November 2009 on the taking-up and pursuit of the business of insurance and reinsurance (Solvency II);

  • CPSC means the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

  • Financing Order means an order of the commission approving the issuance of securitization bonds and the creation of securitization charges and any corresponding utility rate reductions.

  • Regulatory Floodway means the channel of a river or other watercourse and the adjacent land areas that must be reserved in order to discharge the base flood without cumulatively increasing the water surface elevation more than a designated height.

  • Revenue bonds means the following types of instruments payable from the sources provided in the Central Valley Project Act: revenue bonds, notes, refunding bonds, refunding notes, bond anticipation notes, certificates of indebtedness, and other evidences of indebtedness.

  • Bond Yield means the yield of the last series of Bonds issued, for purposes of this calculation the yield of the Bonds shall be the yield calculated at the time such Bonds are issued, pursuant to Section 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended for the purpose of the Non- Arbitrage Certificate or other similar bond issuance document.

  • Refunding Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to provisions of this Master Indenture, the proceeds of which are used to refund one or more Series of Outstanding Bonds.

  • Resource Adequacy Rulings means CPUC Decisions 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 00-00-000, 06- 06-024, 00-00-000 and any subsequent CPUC ruling or decision, or any other resource adequacy laws, rules or regulations enacted, adopted or promulgated by any applicable Governmental Authority, as such CPUC decisions, rulings, laws, rules or regulations may be amended or modified from time to time during the Term.

  • RCPSC means the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

  • Contract Authority means the Board of Supervisors or the head of the department or agency presenting the proposed contract to the Board of Supervisors.

  • Solvency II means the Solvency II Directive and any additional measures adopted to give effect to the Solvency II Directive (for the avoidance of doubt, whether implemented by way of a regulation (including, without limitation, the Level 2 Regulations), a directive, application of relevant EIOPA guidelines or otherwise);

  • enforcement authority means any person or body having jurisdiction to enforce or to take action under or in respect of the relevant legal requirement.

  • Replacement Bonds means Bonds issued to the Beneficial Owners of the Bonds in accordance with Section 210 hereof.

  • Municipal Bonds means "Municipal Bonds" as defined in the Corporation's Registration Statement on Form N-2 (File No. 333-_____) relating to the AMPS on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such Registration Statement may be amended from time to time, as well as short-term municipal obligations, High Yield Municipal Bonds and Inverse Floaters.
