Bond Enforcement Notice definition

Bond Enforcement Notice means a notice delivered by the Bond Trustee to the Issuer in accordance with the Condition 11(b) (Delivery of Bond Enforcement Notice) which declares the bonds to be immediately due and payable.
Bond Enforcement Notice means the notice delivered by the Transaction Administrator in accordance with Bond Condition 6 upon the written request of the Controlling Beneficiary on the occurrence of a Bond Event of Default.
Bond Enforcement Notice means the notice delivered by the Note Issuer upon the occurrence of a Bond Event of Default in accordance with Bond Condition 7.
