Bond Closing Date definition

Bond Closing Date means the first date on which the Bonds are issued pursuant to the Bond Indenture.
Bond Closing Date means the date for on which the related issue of Tax-Exempt Bonds is issued and delivered.

More Definitions of Bond Closing Date

Bond Closing Date means any date on which the purchaser to be named in the Bond Purchase Agreement shall acquire Bonds in accordance with the terms thereof.
