Bona Fide Request (BFR). The process CLEC must use (1) to submit a request to obtain Interconnection or access to a Network Element to which CenturyLink is required to provide access on an unbundled basis under Applicable Law, but which Interconnection or Network Element is new, undefined or not otherwise available under the terms of this Agreement; (2) when facilities and equipment are not Currently Available; (3) when CLEC requests that CenturyLink provide Interconnection or a Network Element on an unbundled basis that is superior or inferior in quality than those that CenturyLink provides to itself; and (4) to request certain other services, features, capabilities or functionality defined and agreed upon by the Parties as services to be ordered via the BFR process on an individual case basis (ICB).

Examples of Bona Fide Request (BFR) in a sentence

  • The Parties shall establish, through negotiations, at least one (1) of the following Interconnection arrangements, at any Technically Feasible point: (1) a DS1 or DS3 CenturyLink-provided facility; (2) Collocation; (3) negotiated Mid-Span Meet POI facilities; or (4) other Technically Feasible methods of Interconnection via the Bona Fide Request (BFR) process unless a particular arrangement has been previously provided to a third party, or is offered by CenturyLink as a product.

  • Where the Parties mutually agree following a Bona Fide Request (BFR) to directly interconnect their respective networks, interconnection will be as specified in the following subsections.

  • This ICB/NSCR quote is prepared specifically for collocation requests and is not associated in any way with the Bona Fide Request (BFR) process used to request UNEs or other unique items not contained in a Collocator's ICA.

Related to Bona Fide Request (BFR)

  • Purchase Request or "purchase requisition" means that document whereby a using

The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Local Service Request (“LSR”) means an industry standard form or a mutually agreed upon change thereof, used by the Parties to add, establish, change or disconnect local services.

  • Work Request means a document prepared by the Contractor which describes over and above work being proposed.

  • Funding Notice means a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1.

  • Redirection Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 14(c).

  • Withdrawal Request means an instruction given via the Client's Trader’s Room on the Company website to withdraw funds from the trading account and transfer them to the Client's External Account or the Account of the Client's Authorized Person, as specified in the instruction.

  • Request for Tender means the Request for Tender given to prospective tenderers inviting offers to tender for the supply of the Goods and Services of which these General Conditions of Contract form part.
