Body art establishment definition

Body art establishment means any place or premise, whether public or private, temporary or permanent, in nature of location, where the practices of body art, whether or not for profit, are performed.
Body art establishment means any location, whether temporary or permanent, including all types of events and facilities, where the practice of body art is performed.
