Board Slate definition

Board Slate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (i) at the 2023 Annual Meeting, Investor shall vote for any nominee to the Board who is a member of the Board Slate and withhold or not vote for any other nominee to the Board and (ii) Investor shall vote against the removal of the Continuing Directors, Xxxxxxx X.
