Board Regulation definition

Board Regulation means a regulation passed by the Board in accordance with Article7;
Board Regulation means a regulation passed by the Board in accordance with Article 7;
Board Regulation or “regulation” means any part adopted by the board pursuant to authority under the act and includes any superseding regulation. “Rule” means board regulation.
