Board Order means the document describing the terms and conditions of the public discipline
Board Order means project-specific guidance issued by the Board’s Chairperson in consultation with the Board, or specific Panel, regarding the scope, procedures and process associated with the Board or Panel’s decision-making functions during consideration of a project proposal or other Proceeding.

Board Order means an order of a Board to set aside a determination of a building inspector regarding the amount of damage to a non- conforming use structure and to make a determination of the amount of damage in its place, sought through Application to a Board in accordance with this Bylaw and the Local Government Act;
