The Contractor shall provide and maintain in a neat, sanitary condition such accommodations for the use of his/her employees as may be necessary to comply with the requirements of the state and local Board of Health, or of other bodies or tribunals having jurisdiction.
Preventive services related to preconception, prenatal and postpartum care are covered as Preventive Services including breastfeeding support, supplies and counseling for each birth when Medically Necessary as determined by KFHPWA’s medical director and in accordance with Board of Health standards for screening and diagnostic tests during pregnancy.
