Board Observers definition

Board Observers means, together, the observers to the Board of Directors of Frontier designated by the Consenting Noteholders pursuant to the terms of the Restructuring Support Agreement.

Board Observers means observers of meetings of the Board as permitted by the Board pursuant to Section 9.5;

Board Observers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.
