Board Fees definition

Board Fees means the compensation received by a Director for serving on the Board of Directors of Southwest Gas Corporation and the committees of the Board.
Board Fees means annual retainer fees (including Non-Executive Chair Retainer Fees) and meeting fees payable to an Eligible Director with respect to the Eligible Director’s service on the Board and/or one or more Board committees.

More Definitions of Board Fees

Board Fees means annual retainer fees payable to a Director at such rate as shall be established by the Board from time to time for serving as a member of the Board and, if and to the extent provided by the Administrator, may include fees payable to a Director for serving as Board chair or vice-chair and/or as chair, vice-chair or member of a committee of the Board.
Board Fees means the annual retainers payable to a Nonemployee Director for his service on the Board, including service as Chairman or as a chair of a Board Committee.
