Board Directive definition

Board Directive means an order or instruction issued by the Board.
Board Directive or “Directive” means a directive passed by the Board in order to supplement Governing Council By-law 8 and the Board By-laws, to highlight key decisions of the Board and to provide additional direction to Board members, employees and volunteers of the OGM3.
