BNYM System definition

BNYM System means all hardware, peripherals, software, interfaces, applications, functionalities and intellectual property of whatsoever nature constituting all or a part of the transaction processing and recordkeeping system utilized by BNYM to provide the services contemplated by the Agreement.
BNYM System means the information technology processing system utilized by BNYM to provide the Services.

  • The Company and Permitted Users are without exception prohibited from (i) accessing or using the BNYM System outside the United States, or (ii) exporting, transmitting, transferring or shipping any Proprietary Item to a country or jurisdiction outside the United States.

  • Ownership rights with respect to property utilized in connection with the parties’ use of the BNYM System shall be governed by applicable provisions of Schedule C.

  • DTI accepts such engagement and agrees in connection with such engagement to furnish the Services, utilizing the BNYM System where appropriate for the Service being provided.

  • BNYM shall provide the Fund with access to and use of those components of the BNYM System for which the Fund pays a fee in accordance with the Fee Agreement or with respect to which the Fee Agreement indicates the fee is included in the Account Fees (as such term is used in the Fee Agreement).

  • The terms of Schedule C to this Agreement shall apply to the Fund’s access to and use of any component of the BNYM System (as defined in Schedule C).

  • But BNYM does not utilize all components of the BNYM System to provide the Core Services.

  • Some components of the BNYM System are maintained by BNYM and offered to customers solely to permit customers to access the data and information maintained in the BNYM System in connection with the Core Services and put it to additional uses.

  • BNYM utilizes some components of the BNYM System to perform the Core Services.

  • Alarm system means equipment and devices assembled for the purpose of:

  • Fire alarm system means a system designed to detect and annunciate the presence of fire, or by-products of fire. Fire alarm system includes smoke detectors.

  • Fuel system means the components which store or transport fuel on board the vehicle and comprise the fuel tank system, all fuel and vapour lines, any non-tank mounted fuel pumps and the activated carbon canister.

  • Airport System means two or more airports grouped together and serving the same city or conurbation, as indicated in Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 2408/92;

  • Grid System means STU / MSEDCL power transmission system / distribution system through which Delivered Energy is evacuated and distributed.
