• You acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of the BMO Xxxxxx Online Banking Services Agreement (the “Service Agreement”), which applies to, and supplements, this Agreement and the Services.

• Except for the names of products, services, fees, proper nouns, and terms defined herein, capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in the Glossary, which can be found in Section I of this BMO Xxxxxx Handbook.

• If you believe someone may attempt to use or has used the Services without your permission, or that any other unauthorized use or security breach has occurred, call us immediately at 0-000-000-0000 or write to us at: BMO Xxxxxx, P.O. Box 94019, Palatine, IL 60094- 4019.

• As used in this Agreement, “Mobile Banking” means that aspect of the Services that allows you to use a mobile device or wireless device (like an iPhone®, iPad® or AndroidTM device) to access the BMO Xxxxxx Online Banking service.

• Any fiat received by Zero Hash on your behalf shall be held by Zero Hash on your behalf in an FDIC insured account at Customers Bank, BMO Xxxxxx Bank N.A., or Lead Bank.

• At our option, we may permit you to request a Service by Enrolling in a Service online, by telephone or in person at any BMO Xxxxxx location.

BMO Xxxxxx. “we,” “us” or “our”) and a global provider of banking and payments technologies (currently, FIS) (the “Licensor”) are providing you (“you” or “your”) certain mobile banking services relating to your BMO Xxxxxx account(s) (the “Services”). This User Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and BMO Xxxxxx and an agreement between you and the Licensor concerning the use of the mobile application software (“App Software”) that facilitates the Services. This Agreement is divided into two parts. Part One of the Agreement explains all of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Services as between you and us.
