Examples of Blue Yonder in a sentence

  • As between the Customer and Blue Yonder, the Customer remains the owner of all Customer Personal Data.

  • If tax is withheld and Customer does not submit a tax certificate to Blue Yonder within thirty (30) days after the payment due date, Customer shall immediately remit full payment for the outstanding amount to Blue Yonder.

  • If Customer is required to withhold income tax on any payments due under this Agreement, it shall promptly provide Blue Yonder with the official receipt of payment of these taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.

  • All amounts payable to Blue Yonder are exclusive of any sales or use taxes, value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), service tax or any and all similar taxes or legally imposed fees, duties or contributions based on such amounts payable, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of Customer whether due now or subsequently imposed by any jurisdiction.

  • Notices to Blue Yonder will be addressed to Chief Executive Officer, with a copy to General Counsel at Blue Yonder, Inc., 00000 X.

  • This Agreement, including any appendices, the Data Processing Addendum and Ordering Documents that are incorporated herein by this reference, sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between Customer and Blue Yonder and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals or communications, in whatever form, between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement, including the licensing of the Licensed Materials and provision of the Maintenance.

  • Furthermore, except as otherwise provided herein or in a separate subsequent written agreement between the parties, Blue Yonder shall be free to use, disclose, reproduce, license or otherwise distribute, and exploit the Suggestions provided to it as it sees fit, entirely without obligation or restriction of any kind on account of Intellectual Property Rights or otherwise.

  • Customer is not responsible for any taxes based upon the net income of Blue Yonder or its employees unless agreed to elsewhere in this Agreement or subsequent Ordering Document.

  • PMU means the Project Management Unit established in accordance with paragraph 3 of Schedule 5 to this Loan Agreement;

  • MOHLTC means the Minister or the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, as the context requires;

  • Tabarru’ means donation for the purpose of solidarity and cooperation among the Takaful Participants and to be used to help all Takaful Participants in times of misfortune. In the context of the Company, Tabarru’ will be allocated into the Participants’ Risk Fund.

  • Seaplane means an aeroplane capable normally of taking off from and alighting solely on water;

  • BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Marihuana means that term as defined in section 7106 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.7106.

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • small and medium-sized enterprises or ‘SMEs’ means micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as defined in Article 2 of the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC;

  • Hospital clinic means an outpatient care clinic operated and affiliated with a hospital and under the direct authority of the hospital’s P&T committee.

  • LODR means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015

  • Paypoint means the specific rate of remuneration payable to employees within a Classification Level.

  • IRDAI means the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India.

  • AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
