Blue Line definition

Blue Line means the boundary of canal lands owned by the state previous to the approval of chapter one hundred forty-seven, laws of nineteen hundred three.
Blue Line means Blue Line Partners, LLC.
Blue Line has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Blue Line means Blue Line Solutions, LLC, its owners, parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, attorneys, administrators, successors, and predecessors. The City of Girard, Ohio, including its former and current agents, employees and elected office holders, are expressly not included in the definition of “Blue Line.”
Blue Line means the common carrier pipeline currently owned by the Phillips Pipe Line Company that extends from Borger, Texas, to East St. Louis, Illinois, and that serves the Propane Terminal Assets as delivery intermediate destinations.

Related to Blue Line

  • Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.

  • Torso line means the centreline of the probe of the 3-D H machine with the probe in the fully rearward position;

Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • PBS means the Pharmeceutical Benefits Schedule (PBS) that is a list of all the medicines that receive a government subsidy.

  • TELRIC means Total Element Long-Run Incremental Cost.
