Blocker Preferred definition

Blocker Preferred means the 9% perpetual preferred stock of Blocker Sub.
Blocker Preferred means the 9% cumulative perpetual preferred stock of Preferred Blocker, Inc.
Blocker Preferred means the 9% perpetual preferred stock of Blocker Sub. “Blocker Sub” means Preferred Blocker, Inc., a Delaware corporation. “Business Day” means any calendar day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any other day on which commercial banks in Detroit, Michigan or New York, New York are authorized or required to close.
