Blocker Entities definition

Blocker Entities means the entities listed on Annex A.
Blocker Entities means SC II Blocker and SC II PV Blocker. “Blocker TRA Holders” is defined in the recitals to this Agreement. “Board” means the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
Blocker Entities means each of the entities identified as “Blocker Entities” on Schedule VI hereto.
