Block Voting Instruction definition

Block Voting Instruction means, in relation to any Meeting, a document in the English language issued by a Paying Agent:
Block Voting Instruction means an English language document issued by a Paying Agent and dated in which:

  • Unless revoked, any appointment of a Proxy under a Block Voting Instruction in relation to a Meeting shall remain in force in relation to any resumption of such Meeting following an adjournment; provided, however, that no such appointment of a Proxy in relation to a Meeting originally convened which has been adjourned for want of a quorum shall remain in force in relation to such Meeting when it is resumed.

  • No votes shall be validly cast at a meeting unless in accordance with a Voting Certificate or Block Voting Instruction.

  • In default of a deposit, the Block Voting Instruction or the Voting Certificate shall not be treated as valid, unless the chairman of the meeting decides otherwise before the meeting or adjourned meeting proceeds to business.

  • Any person appointed to vote at such a Meeting must be re-appointed under a Block Voting Instruction or, as the case may be, Form of Proxy to vote at the Meeting when it is resumed.
