Blind Data definition

Blind Data means non-personally identifiable system information resulting from User’s access and use of the Application, and representing only statistics, characteristics and metrics about usage, size and performance, but excluding actual Customer/User -specific data values.
Blind Data means any and all aggregated non-personally identifiable data, query logs, data (other than Client Data) or analytics information relating to Client’s or its Authorized Users’ use of the Agerpoint Platform.
Blind Data means any of the following to the extent it has been de-identified and anonymized so that it does not identify Customer or any individual: (a) data, records, files, content, or information, in any form or format, acquired, collected, received, stored, or maintained by Passio from or on behalf of Customer or otherwise in connection the Services; or (b) derived therefrom.

Examples of Blind Data in a sentence

  • Without assuming any obligations or liabilities of User, CDS agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with the applicable U.S. laws and regulations respecting the dissemination and use such Blind Data.

  • All analyses or other uses of the Blind Data made by StitcherAds shall be StitcherAds’ intellectual property.

  • Additionally, Customer agrees that Wazuh may use the Customer Data to collect, develop, create, extract, or otherwise generate statistics and other information and to otherwise compile, synthesize and analyze such as Blind Data.

  • For avoidance of doubt, Blind Data shall not include personally identifiable information, such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses as well other data (other than Facebook and/or Twitter demographic data ) that may reasonably be linked to a person, including IP address and device ID.

  • Passio may exploit Blind Data for any lawful purpose without any duty of accounting to Customer.

  • To the extent that any Blind Data is collected by CDS, such Blind Data shall be solely owned by CDS and may be used by CDS for any lawful business purpose without a duty of accounting to User, including, without limitation, providing User with the opportunity for User to benchmark itself against its peers, provided that the Blind Data is used only in an aggregated form, without specifically identifying the source of the Blind Data.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Passio may use certain data inputted into, processed, or generated by the Hosted Services to generate Blind Data, and such Blind Data will be owned solely by Passio.

  • To the extent that any Blind Data is collected by B2W, such Blind Data shall be solely owned by B2W and may be used by B2W for any lawful business purpose without a duty of accounting to Customer, provided that the Blind Data is used only in an aggregated form, without specifically identifying the source of the Blind Data.

  • Client Data and Blind Data should not be confused with data and information collected by Keet from Patients or Care Partners via the Service (“Patient Data”).

  • To the extent that any Blind Data is collected by HiPER, such Blind Data shall be solely owned by HiPER and may be used by HiPER for any lawful business purpose without a duty of accounting to Client, provided that the Blind Data is used only in an aggregated form, without specifically identifying the source of the Blind Data.

Blind Data means any and all aggregated non-personally identifiable data or information resulting from Customer’s or its Users’ use of the Services, Securonix Software, Securonix Applications or other services provided by Securonix.

  • Fund Data means all information Fund, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable DST to perform the Services, but excluding DST Property.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Database means the Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Database of the Office of Driver Services of the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

Other information that, alone or in combination, is linked or linkable to a specific teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator that would allow a reasonable person in the school community, who does not have personal knowledge of the relevant circumstances, to identify any with reasonable certainty. Information requested by a person who the department reasonably believes or knows the identity of the teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator to whom the education record relates.

  • Protected Data means Student Data and/or Teacher or Principal Data, to the extent applicable to the product or service actually being provided to the District by Vendor pursuant to the Master Agreement.

  • Health data means data related to the state of physical or mental health of the data principal and includes records regarding the past, present or future state of the health of such data principal, data collected in the course of registration for, or provision of health services, data associating the data principal to the provision of specific health services.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
