Blackstone Entities definition

Blackstone Entities means the entities comprising the Blackstone Parties and their Affiliates.

Blackstone Entities has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Blackstone Entities means Blackstone, Blackstone Group, Blackstone Management Partners, L.P., Blackstone Management Associates, L.P. or any of their Affiliates.

More Definitions of Blackstone Entities

Blackstone Entities means the Affiliates of The Blackstone Group L.P. that comprise the private equity business of The Blackstone Group L.P.; provided, however, that the Blackstone Entities shall not include any portfolio company of The Blackstone Group L.P.

Blackstone Entities means, collectively, each of Blackstone Capital Partners III Merchant Banking Fund L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, Blackstone Family Investment Partnership III L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, and Blackstone Offshore Capital Partners III L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership.

Blackstone Entities means Blackstone Credit, the Warehouse Entity, any of their respective Affiliates, and shall include, without limitation, each Blackstone Investor and certain funds, accounts and clients managed, or advised by Blackstone Credit or any of their respective Affiliates, as the context may require.

Blackstone Entities means The Blackstone Group L.P. (“TBG”) and its current and future affiliates; provided, that the terms “Blackstone” and “Blackstone Entities” do not include any investment fund affiliated with a Blackstone Entity or any portfolio company or underlying investment of any fund affiliated with a Blackstone Entity. The limited liability company agreement, limited partnership agreement or other governing agreement of any Blackstone Entity in which you have a partnership, membership or other participation interest, in each case now or hereafter in existence and as amended and/or restated, is herein called such Blackstone Entity’s “Governing Agreement.” “Active Member” of a Blackstone Entity means a person who is (i) an SMD and (ii) an active member or partner (excluding a withdrawn, retaining withdrawn or deceased member or partner) of such Blackstone Entity.

Blackstone Entities means Blackstone Capital Partners V L.P., Blackstone Capital Partners V-AC L.P., BCP V-S L.P., Blackstone Family Investment Partnership V L.P., Blackstone Family Investment Partnership V-SMD L.P., Blackstone Participation Partnership V L.P. and BCP V Co-Investors L.P.

Blackstone Entities means collectively BCP 1, BCP 2, BCP 3 and/or any Affiliate of BCP 1, BCP 2, or BCP 3 that holds Registrable Securities.

Blackstone Entities. Each reference in the Partnership Agreement to the “Blackstone Entities” is hereby amended so that such reference shall refer instead to the “Parks Holdings Entities”. Each reference in the Partnership Agreement to the “Blackstone Representatives” is hereby amended so that such reference shall refer instead to the “Parks Holdings Representative”. Each reference in the Partnership Agreement to the “Blackstone Parent” is hereby amended so that such reference shall refer instead to the “Universal Parent”. The second recital is hereby deleted in its entirety.
