BIP Group definition

BIP Group means BIP, the Partnership, the Holding Entities, the Operating Entities and any other direct or indirect Subsidiary of a Holding Entity;
BIP Group means the Partnership, the Infrastructure Partnership, the Holding Entities, the operating entities and any other direct or indirect subsidiary of any Holding Entity.
BIP Group means the Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P., Brookfield Infrastructure L.P. and its direct and indirect subsidiaries, other than the BIPC Group.
