Binder Groups definition

Binder Groups mean the sub-units of a cable, usually in groups of 25, 50 or 100 color-coded twisted pairs wrapped in colored tape within a cable. "Bona Fide Request" or "BFR" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.

  • Non-Credit Party means any Restricted Subsidiary of the Borrower that is not a Credit Party.

  • Other Founding Companies means all of the Founding Companies other than the Company.

  • Signatories means those companies or industry participants who sign this Voluntary Agreement, which shall include (but not be limited to) Equipment Manufacturers, Software Providers, Conditional Access Providers, Component Manufacturers and Service Providers.

  • Additional Credit Party means each Person that becomes a Guarantor by execution of a Joinder Agreement in accordance with Section 5.10.

  • Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;

  • Transmission Provider means any entity or entities transmitting or transporting the Product on behalf of Seller or Buyer to or from the Delivery Point.

  • Borrower Parties means the collective reference to the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, and “Borrower Party” means any one of them.

  • Note Parties means, collectively, the Company and each Guarantor.

  • Supplier Group means the Supplier and its Affiliates from time to time and "Supplier Group Company" means any company or corporation within the Supplier Group;

  • Obligated Person means any person, including the Issuer, who is either generally or through an enterprise, fund, or account of such person committed by contract or other arrangement to support payment of all, or part of the obligations on the Bonds (other than providers of municipal bond insurance, letters of credit, or other liquidity facilities), as shown on Exhibit A.

  • Contractor Group means Contractor, its parent and subsidiary companies as defined by the term “Affiliate,” and its and their respective Subcontractors and contractors of whatever tier and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing.

  • Securities, documents or other written instruments means original (including original counterparts) negotiable or non-negotiable instruments, or assignments thereof, which in and of themselves represent an equitable interest, ownership, or debt and which are in the ordinary course of business transferable by delivery of such instruments with any necessary endorsements or assignments.
